Do you accept insurance?

Our office is an insurance independent office — we aren’t contracted with any insurance companies and are considered out-of-network for all insurance providers. Although we aren’t contracted with any insurance companies we have many patients who use their insurance benefits at our office. As a courtesy we will submit all the paperwork on your behalf, your insurance will then process the claim and send a reimbursement check to you directly. Your insurance company will give us basic information about your policy, so if you have any specific dental coverage questions it’s best to contact them directly. Payment is due in full at the time of service. If you have the option to pick your own provider, we are always happy to submit claims on your behalf.

Why aren’t you contracted with any insurance companies?

We take our time to see each patient and evaluate their unique needs. It’s not in your best interest for us to cut any corners when it comes to your oral health in order to accommodate the restrictions typically associated with dental insurance. Simply put, you deserve quality care and insurance gets in the way of that. We will always discuss the treatment plan and go over its advantages, disadvantages, and offer alternative options if they are available. We are more than happy to help you file claims and handle any insurance questions along the way.

How much will my treatment cost?

We value transparency. We will give you a detailed breakdown of costs pertaining to your personalized treatment plan at the time of your appointment.

Do you offer flexible payment options?

We offer carecredit and tailor options to your individual needs. Please visit our CareCredit Portal where you can learn about CareCredit, apply directly for the CareCredit medical credit card, and pay your invoices online, all in one place.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please visit our New Patient Portal to complete your medical and dental history forms before your first visit.

How often should I get my teeth cleaned?

You should visit the dentist at least twice a year. A dental exam and x-rays can reveal early signs of decay and disease that you may not see or feel. Catching these conditions early can help control them before they get worse and harder to treat. A cleaning will remove plaque in areas you may have missed or cannot reach.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand things happen, but we ask that you kindly let us know if you are unable to make your appointment within 48 hours so that we can offer that time to another patient. We don’t double book appointments so that we can take time with each patient to care for them properly. We will apply a $75 charge for any appointments canceled outside of the 48 hour window.
